I can’t say enough good things about my experience with my realtor David Starry!  We started the process after I interviewed about 6 other realtors. What I liked about David is that he was persuasive but not pushy, and he had been in the business for a long time.  He gave me numbers and let me decide.  I have lived in the home for 40 years so there was a lot of decluttering, and repairs.  He patiently waited till I was ready before marketing the house and he helped me along the way with ideas.  When we sold he was there to help with the last minute negotiations and any additional repairs. As time went by he was not only my realtor but he became a friend who listened to me when I changed my mind so many times, about selling , when I got scared if I was making the right decision, and he never gave up.
